Chat conversation sessions are stored temporarily (30 minutes) and automatically deleted after the voting session is complete.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Phone numbers used for voter identification are stored as cryptographic hashes where possible.
